I liked the plot of this story but it moved kind of slow with too many details. The hero was a solid guy but the heroine was rather weak. For 75% of the book, the romance was just looking into each others eyes then suddenly sex and love. Tricia is temporarily living with her great-grandma when Connor catches her off guard with a delivery of wood.
